Terms of Use (EULA) – AI Portraits

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the AIPortrait mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
AIPortrait is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence technology to transform your photos into professional portrait styles. The App provides:
- AI-powered photo transformation
- Multiple portrait styles and themes
- High-quality image generation
- In-app purchase system using coins
3. License
3.1 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the App to create inappropriate or harmful content
4. User Content
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a temporary license to process your photos solely to provide the AI portrait generation service.
4.2 Content Guidelines
You may not upload content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Contains minors without appropriate consent
- Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
- Promotes violence or discrimination
5. In-App Purchases
5.1 Coin System
The App uses a coin-based system for portrait generation. Each portrait creation costs 10 coins.
5.2 Purchase Terms
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
- Prices may change without notice
- Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred
- Apple processes all payments through the App Store
5.3 Refunds
Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store. We may provide coin refunds for technical failures.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:
- Interfere with the App’s operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use automated tools to access the App
- Upload malicious content or viruses
- Harass other users or our support team
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Rights
The App, including its design, code, and AI algorithms, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 Generated Images
You own the AI-generated portraits created from your photos. However, the underlying AI technology and processing methods remain our property.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.
9.2 AI Results
AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet your expectations. We do not warrant the quality or accuracy of generated images.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
11.2 By Us
We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice.
12. Updates and Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and us, not Apple
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
- Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Contact First
Before pursuing legal action, please contact us to resolve any disputes.
15.2 Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be subject to binding arbitration as permitted by law.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental consent to use the App.
19. Data Processing
By using the App, you consent to the processing of your photos through AI systems as described in our Privacy Policy. Photos are processed securely and deleted after portrait generation.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.

By using AIPortrait, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
