3. Subscription Plans
3.1 Available Plans
- Free Plan: Limited to 3 trial images with daily limits
- Starter Plan: $3.99/month for 30 images
- Pro Plan: $9.99/month for 100 images
- Unlimited Plan: $99.99/month for 1000+ images
3.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through your App Store account
- Payment will be charged upon confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
3.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for partial months
4. User Conduct
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or security measures
- Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Not use the App for commercial purposes without appropriate subscription
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
- You retain all rights to images you upload to the App
- You grant us a limited license to process your images solely for providing the service
- Processed images are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours
5.2 Our Intellectual Property
- The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
- The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
- Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 Data Collection
- We collect minimal personal data necessary to provide the service
- Images are processed securely and deleted after processing

- However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure

- Processing times may vary based on server load

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Updating the “Last Updated” date
- Sending an in-app notification
- Requiring acceptance of new terms for continued use
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for:

- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of subscription fees
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Dispute Resolution
